OUR STORY
Coco King Chicken Hotpot was created from a love of bold flavors, shared meals, and the comforting magic of a bubbling pot. Inspired by the coconut chicken hot pots of Southern China, we brought this rich tradition to Brooklyn with a fresh, local twist.
Our broth starts with young Thai coconuts and premium chicken, simmered to create a clean, aromatic base that’s both soothing and crave-worthy. Paired with fresh ingredients and house-made sauces, every pot is made for gathering and good vibes.
We’re proud to introduce this style of hot pot to Brooklyn and even prouder to share it with you.

HOW TO EAT

Bring the chicken broth to a rolling boil first.
If you ordered Herbal Chicken, we recommend adding the herbs together with the chicken for the best flavor.
01. Bring Broth to Boil
Add the chicken into the boiling broth and gently stir to separate the pieces, making sure all chicken is fully submerged.
Cooking Time Guide:
• 2 portions: about 6 minutes
• 4 portions: about 8 minutes
(Do not overcook.)
02. Add the Chicken
Open the lid and make sure the chicken is fully cooked with no pink color inside. Turn the heat to low, then enjoy the tender chicken and flavorful soup.
03. Check & Enjoy
After finishing the chicken, continue using the same broth to cook other items.

Recommended Cooking Times:
• Beef slices: 20 seconds
• Meatballs: 5 minutes
• Seafood: 3 minutes
• Leafy vegetables: 3 minutes
• Other vegetables: 2 minutes
• Noodles / Rice cakes: 5 minutes
